The 1% Kid Foundation operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which is a federal tax-exempt status granted by the IRS.
As a 501(c)(3), the foundation is able to receive tax-deductible donations from individuals, corporations, and grant-making organizations, helping make it possible to expand programs and reach more youth and families.
